The effect of temperature on the polarization luminescence colloidal system MoS2 nanodots in n-methylpyrrolidone is studied under condition linearly polarized excitation. Nanodots are obtained by chemical exfoliation and dispersion microcrystals a liquid medium action ultrasound. photoluminescence spectrum ensemble significantly shifted towards shorter wavelengths with respect to bulk crystals, which explained quantum-size electronic nanocrystals. It shown that dependence anisotropy radiation described Levshin-Perrin equation, takes into account rotational diffusion luminescent particles matrix. size photoexcited framework model turns out be ≥ 1.5 nm increases increasing emission wavelength. sizes analyzing satisfactory agreement data nanodots.
